Well, crap! Now I know why I'm having so much trouble writing for kids. Me thinks I've been writing for academics way too long! Or, as William's teacher would say, I'm good at writing fat sentences.

Share your pain...I rated undergraduate college level...too much technical (directions) writing, I guess. I think I was equating "fun" with level because some of my favs are jr high level..sort of fits, don't you think? and i want to be known as "fun," not hi-brow!!! :-)
