  1. Great Kid Books takes a peek at Miss Mingo and the First Day of School. It's a fun picture book with a lot of nonfiction information added into it. Did you know that an octopus has almost 2,000 suckers and it uses them to taste the difference between sweet, salty and bitter foods? I did not!
